Mobility no longer
requires you to go without paper leads. Now you can order a battery powered Mobile Printer to print leads from your
Mobile Lead Capture Package. (See below).
Please note, per the request of our membership, the AAAAI
has established a policy stating that telephone numbers will not be included in
the attendee profiles, however, fax numbers and e-mail addresses will be
included. This does not stop an exhibitor from accepting telephone numbers from
delegates who are willing to provide this information verbally on site.

One of the most important
reasons to exhibit at the AAAAI 2010 Annual Meeting is to collect data on
buyers or attendees who are interested in your organizations products and
services. AAAAI will provide each attendee with a badge containing a 2D barcode
(PDF417). Encoded in this 2D barcode is contact information and demographics
that your company will want to capture, including the email address. Selecting
the CMR.ez Lead retrieval package that best suits your needs will help your
organization realize the best return on your investment.
CMR.ez Lead Deluxe Package

features a hand-held laser scanner attached to a printer with a USB memory
stick.
This package includes:

printed version of the data encoded in the 2D barcode as you scan.
An electronic copy of the scanned data stored on a USB memory stick as you
scan.
Your leads will be available online after the convention.
Your data file will include easy instructions on how to import this data
into most popular business applications including Excel, Act and more.
20 Standard Action Codes included on request.

Data is stored in the unit, then downloaded at the
end of the tradeshow. Your leads will be available online after the trade
show.
Your data file will include easy instructions on how to import this data
into most popular business applications including Excel, Act and more.
