SELF-REPORTING SYSTEM
The AAAAI 2010 Annual Meeting offers two types of continuing education credit. Most sessions offer both Continuing
Medical Education (CME) credits for physicians and Continuing Education (CE) Contact Hours for nurses; some may offer only
one type of credit. Delegates may also receive a Certificate of Attendance and/or an International Attendance Certificate
to verify their participation in the meeting.
The awarding of credit will not be based upon the acquisition of registration packets or collection of tickets; rather,
each delegate will be required to complete this Online Self-Report Form in order to receive a certificate. This form lists all
educational sessions offered at the AAAAI 2010 Annual Meeting, as well as the types and amount of credit available through the
AAAAI. Delegates who do not complete this form will not be issued a Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education
(CE) Certificate.
To access the Online Self-Report Form, please log in using one of the following forms of identification:
- AAAAI Member ID
or
- Badge Number (This number is printed in the upper right-hand corner of the reverse side of your 2010 Annual Meeting
name badge)
or
- Last Name and First Name. (Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your registration confirmation.)
Once you have entered your identification information, click on "Continue" to advance to the Annual Meeting Evaluation. On this
page, you will be asked to answer a brief list of questions to provide feedback on the 2010 Annual Meeting.
You may also print out the International Attendance Certificate by clicking the "Print" button. After you have completed
this evaluation, click "Next" to save your responses and advance to the "Select Sessions" page to check off courses you attended.
Once all your selections have been made, click "Next" to save your selections and advance to the "Print Certificates" page.
