SELF-REPORTING SYSTEM
The AAAAI 2007 Annual Meeting offers three types of continuing education credit. Most sessions offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for physicians and Continuing Education (CE) contact hours for nurses. In addition, Session 1161: Advanced Practice Course for Allied Health Professionals offers AAPA Category I CME Credits for physician assistants. Non-physician, non-physician assistant or non-nurse attendees can receive a Certificate of Attendance for their participation.
Please note that not all Annual Meeting sessions and activities offer all types of credit. The availability and type of credits offered for each session are included in the session descriptions found in the Final Program. The awarding of credit will not be based upon the acquisition of registration packets or collection of tickets; rather, each delegate will be required to complete this Online Self-Report Form in order to receive a certificate. This form lists all educational sessions offered at the AAAAI 2007 Annual Meeting, as well as the types and amount of credit available through the AAAAI. Delegates who do not complete this form will not be issued a Continuing Education Certificate.
To access the Online Self-Report Form, please enter one of the following forms of identification: your Member ID OR Badge Number (printed in the upper right-hand corner of the reverse side of your 2007 Annual Meeting name badge) OR your Last Name and First Name. Please type your name as it appears on your registration confirmation.
Once you have entered your Member ID OR Badge Number OR First and Last Name below, click on “Next” to advance to the Annual Meeting Evaluation. On this page, you will be asked to answer a brief list of questions to provide feedback on the 2007 Annual Meeting. When you have completed this evaluation click “Next” to save your responses and advance to the "Select Sessions" page to select the courses you attended. Once all your selections have been made, click "Next" to save your selections and advance to the "Print Certificates" page.
